Not built. No tracker exists — obligations are scattered across meeting notes,
including “verify LPA deadline for K-1 distribution”, open since 2026-03-22,
and an amended-K-1 thread from 2026-08-28. Needs its rules captured the same way
the SBA ones were.
LP updates
Not built, and harder than it looks: LP reporting obligations are contractual and
per-LP, written into the Ally, KeyBank, Shore United and Square side letters
with different delivery language in each. That is a date per LP, not one global date.
Someone has to read four side letters before a rule can be written.
